Welcome to the New Year! I thank you for reading and joining me as I’ll continue with the weekly updates sharing with you my progress and process in life and work.

On the 30th I drove with Sarah from Cologne to Paris where we rented a van with a group of friends and headed off to a chalet in the French Alps. We relaxed for a few days with lots of walks in the snow, good food and reading in by the chimney.

We passed by Geneva on our way back and visited the MAMCO. I particularly enjoyed the works of Tania Mouraud, Emma Reyes and Shizuko Yoshikawa. I loved the detailed behind-the-scenes and background info all artists. Very inspiring. Great museum!
